Cascina Drezza

Purchased in 1958 by the progenitor of the family, Count Prospero Zanchi di Zan, Cascina Drezza was composed of two rustic peasant houses, inhabited by families who cultivated the surrounding lands with grapevines.
PierLorenzo Zanchi, for his friends simply Peter, an expert rally driver and, at the same time, gentlemen driver, has been able to transform the family estate into a corner of paradise.
Today, once you have crossed the entrance gate, you can admire all the rustic buildings surrounded by the estate, within the natural setting of the Val San Martino: a highly suggestive view throughout the year.

A divine corner

Cascina Drezza consists of a majestic rustic building located in the centre of the estate with a wide view over the whole valley dominated by the uplands of Valcava.
Olive trees, vineyards, vegetable gardens and fruit trees surround the central building. The swimming pool is not far and easily accessible through small paths, deep in the scent of flowers and lavender.

Along the driveway, you can catch sight of the swimming pool with olive trees all around it and, in the background, the valley cultivated with vineyards.
The tree-lined avenue is adorned with giant and quiet cypress trees that take guests towards the interior of the estate.
The sensation of going in a magical place, ruled by the rhythms of the countryside and by the colours of nature, follows you step by step.
